Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated International Commercial Manager to work on our portfolio of trade and consumer events, awards ceremonies, websites and publications. Our well-established and high-quality brands connect consumers and business leaders in the spirits industry across the globe.
ResponsibilitiesYou have a passion for selling, an excellent track record in face to face and telephone sales and thrive by working towards monthly, quarterly and annual targets. A strong sales background is vital, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in media, sponsorship or exhibition sales.
Reporting into our Commercial & Events Director the role will be responsible for managing a number of core brands, including American Whiskey Magazine and Whisky Live. You will also be responsible for advertising sales in our global publications, exhibition stand sales at our consumer events as well as obtaining trade sponsorship for multiple trade awards ceremonies and conferences.
The role is based from our Norwich office and will require some overseas travel.
Requirements:
- 2 years + experience in sales for publications, events or awards
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Exemplary organisation & management skills
- Negotiation experience
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Ability to travel internationally
- A language (French or Spanish) would be an advantage but is not essential

Salary: £27,000.00 to £29,000.00 /year
